First professions in India

On 18th April 2026, the Eluru Community witnessed a grace-filled and significant moment in the life of the Institute as six novices generously offered themselves to God through their First Religious Profession. The celebration unfolded in an atmosphere of deep faith, joy, and gratitude.
The beginning of the Eucharistic celebration, the Bishop of Eluru and other religious priests have honoured the Founder.

The Eucharistic Celebration was solemnly presided over by BISHOP JAYARAO POLIMERA of Eluru. His presence and inspiring message gave deeper meaning to the commitment of the newly professed Brothers, encouraging them to remain faithful and rooted in their vocation.

Brother ANTONY ARUL RAJA, appointed by the Provincial, officially received the vows of these novices on behalf of the Brother Superior General. . This sacred moment marked their formal entry into religious life, embracing the charism and mission of the Institute.

The celebration was enriched by the presence of Brothers from various communities across India, family members of the newly professed, as well as religious priests, sisters, and well-wishers. Their participation expressed the communion of the Church and the shared joy of witnessing these young men’s generous response to God’s call.

The Brothers who made their First Profession are: Bro. Welson Mynson; Bro. Jeremias Baa; Bro. Ezekia Francis; Bro. Naveen Kerketta; Bro. Josh Toppo and Bro. Sachin Tete.

The Delegation of India and the Province of Our Lady of the Assumption expressed deep joy and gratitude for the generosity of these Brothers. Their vocation stands as a powerful witness and a precious gift to the Institute.

We humbly request all the Brothers of the Institute to keep these newly professed Brothers in their prayers, that they may remain faithful, joyful, and steadfast as they continue their journey in religious life, now fully united with our family
