The “Hogar y Taller” camp took place on 14, 15 and 16 March in Campanero, Minas. The event brought together 59 students from various schools within the Sa-Fa Family in Uruguay, creating a space for fellowship, shared work, and personal and community growth.
Throughout the camp, there were intense workshop sessions, during which participants actively collaborated in refurbishing various areas of the camp. These sessions not only fostered commitment and responsibility, but also the value of teamwork and service to others.
Likewise, ‘home’ spaces were created, dedicated to reflection, dialogue and deep encounter. In these, the young people were invited to look at their own reality and to rediscover their home, their group and their community as a true ‘Nazareth’: a place to grow, share and build bonds based on love, simplicity and self-giving.
In this way, the camp became a meaningful experience that sought to bring the participants closer to the essence of the Nazareth of Jesus, Mary and Joseph, encouraging them to live out those same values in their daily lives and in their educational communities.
