For another year, and that makes eight, the U. E. Verbo Divino de Guaranda remembers, in this month of November, our dear Brother Gabriel Taborin. In our centre and in our whole environment, the figure of our Founder is becoming more and more popular every year and, since 2016, we celebrate him in a special way. The whole Unit, students, parents, grandparents, relatives, teachers… “we walk with Brother Gabriel”. From the parish of Guanujo to our school, thousands of people, this year about 3500, proclaimed with joy that Brother Gabriel is important in our lives and we shouted it through the streets of Guaranda with banners, with songs, with vivas …. This year in our journey we have remembered in a special way that Brother Gabriel began his mission 200 years ago. His work continues and we make it known in the places where we are; hopefully there will be many young people who feel attracted by this work.
