From 6 to 8 September, the annual retreat of the Nazarene Fraternities of Uruguay was held at the Good Shepherd Retreat House in Florida with the participation of more than 34 Nazarenes and Brothers. Stefano Cartabia, priest of the diocese of San José de Mayo, with the theme “unity and diversity in the spirituality of today”. On Sunday morning, Brother Alejandro Salvatierra gave a brilliant presentation on the theme: “a charism going out to serve all”, in the context of the 200th anniversary of the beginning of Brother Gabriel’s mission. 6 confreres renewed their commitments. Throughout the retreat there was a fraternal atmosphere of dialogue and a deepening of the theme. We thank the coordinating team who prepared the retreat down to the last detail.
