“Sainte Famille School Complex (SaFaSCo) in Tamale is the newest school opened by the Brothers of the Holy Family in Tamale, Ghana. It officially opened its doors on October 2, 2023. It offers some General Science and Arts programmes at the moment with the possibility of offering some technical and vocational courses in the future. This academic year, we have Basic 1 (Primary), Basic 7 (Junior High School) and SHS1 (Senior High School). It offers for this year some boarding facilities for boys. This academic year, SaFaSCo has about 70 students. The free education in Ghana in general, and in Senior High School in particular, explains the relatively small number of students in SaFaSCo.
At SaFaSCo, Brothers and lay partners work synodically to provide quality education for young people. Gabriel TABORIN, the entire staff of SaFaSCo is committed to “forming good citizens for the city and saints for heaven”.
