For several years now, the camp “Home and Workshop” has been held in the “Campanero” with the participation of young people from all the works in Uruguay, which consists of having an experience of Home through living together and reflection and another experience of concrete work in the place (repairing roads, assembling seats, general cleaning, painting and others…).
This year it took place between the 9th and 11th March and was attended by more than 80 young people who shared time together, preparing meals and various tasks, including the laying of an electricity network to the place where the tented camps are held and the laying of a pipe to bring drinking water to the place. The joy with which all the activities are carried out and the integration of young people from all the works in Uruguay was highlighted. Congratulations to those who organised and carried out this activity!
