TO PRAY WITH VENERABLE BROTHER GABRIEL TARORIN
Venerable Brother Gabriel Taborin was a man of prayer.
His relationship with God was strong, intense and permanent.
He loved the liturgy and the community prayer of the Church.
Regularly he practiced meditation and personal prayer.
In his books and writings there are many tips on prayer.
He selected and wrote many prayers to prepare the prayer book of the Congregation and the books for families and students of the schools of the Brothers.
But Brother Gabriel also let himself be moulded in prayer.
Those who knew him closely (Brother Amadeus, Brother Frederic) argue that the invocation of the Holy Trinity “Glory be to the Father, and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit” was his strongest prayerful expression.
These formulas for prayer have been gathered in the writings of Brother Gabriel among many others.
In the second part, there are some prayers evoking the main features of his personality.
